1. Service

CodeForge provides an automated software generation pipeline. You submit a prompt and tier; agents produce a downloadable project package on a best-effort basis.

2. No professional warranty

Deliveries are generated automatically. They are not guaranteed to be fit for production without your review, testing, and security diligence. You are responsible for how you use the output.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not request malware, illegal surveillance tooling, or content that violates law.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or probe the factory infrastructure.
• Do not submit prompts that target minors with sexual content.

4. Ownership & license

Subject to these terms and completed delivery, you may use the specific package delivered for your job. CodeForge retains rights to its platform, agents, prompts infrastructure, and branding.

5. Payments

Fees are charged per job according to the selected tier. Failed jobs caused by platform outages may be retried or reviewed support-side at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of generated code or service downtime.
